Emergencies (Out of hours)
In case of emergencies, we have 24-hour call out services. Call your local branch and select option 7. Emergencies are those issues which can not wait until the following morning, examples include, major water leak or flooding, complete loss of electricity, gas leak or smell of gas, fire, structural damage to the property that poses danger, no heating or hot water (in winter / cold weather).
